Betty Jean Verbal

Facility Manager

Betty Verbal has provided business and executive management services in the area of dialysis treatment for over 25 years. In addition to her role and responsibilities as CEO, she has directly co-owned and operated ten ESRD facilities. Some facilities within the RCG footprint provide care to patients in underserved communities such as the St. Thomas Dialysis center located in the Virgin Islands. Prior to establishment of that center, most of the patient population in the area was required to fly to other islands in hopes of gaining treatment which was not guaranteed.

Betty Verbal attended Broward Community College in Hollywood, Florida. Betty maintains and updates her skills and professional certifications through participation in various technical and medical courses in prevention and treatment of renal disease, especially focused on African-American and Latino-American communities.

Betty Verbal is often sought out by healthcare practitioners for consultation on how to establish specialty renal facilities. Her affiliations include American Association of Kidney Patients, National Renal Administrator Association – CMS Survey Committee Member and American Nephrology Nurses Association. Betty is also a member of the National Association of Nephrology Technicians, Founder and President of Greater Miami Chapter. She shares her expertise as Southeast Florida Regional Vice President and National Secretary and Treasurer. Betty is the recipient of the Torchbearer Award for her exceptional efforts in this special field of medical service.

Yadelin Gonzalez

Charge Nurse

Yadelin Gonzalez is a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida and has exceptional experience in renal care. She also has seven years of professional experience as a Nephrologist at the Agostinho Neto General Hospital in Guantanamo, Cuba.

Yadelin received her Medical Doctor degree at the Medical Science Institute of Santiago Cuba. And completed her RN work at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida. Yadelin is also an affiliated nurse at the University of Miami Hospital and collectively has over of 15 years experience in the medical and renal field. Yadelin has been actively providing medical care and education to patients on dialysis and has an integral role in ensuring optimal dialysis care.
